I wanted to talk to you about some incredible muscle building tips that are going to change the way you put on muscle. When it comes to changing your body to the better, conventional wisdom seems to be just pure misinformation or exceptionally generalized and vague. Good information is hard to find when it is mixed around with all the accepted information out there. We are creatures that end up wanting to follow the crowd, no matter if it is wrong. I'm going to change the way you think about things and help you be more successful at this.

One of my favorite muscle building tips is compound exercises. Most people at the gym are doing isolated exercises that focus on one or two muscles and you can't help getting swept up by it and doing the same thing. If you look at the big guys at the gym and I mean big thick guys, you'll see they do very compound exercises. Squats and deadlifts are about as compound as they get. You may think that these are just for the legs, but studies have confirmed that these two exercises stimulate more muscle growth all over the body.

No matter how good you are in the gym, without the proper diet in place you won't build any muscle. A lot of people ignore their diet because in reality it's something that requires discipline all day long. It's easier to workout at the gym for a few hours a week, than be ever vigilant with your diet during all your waking hours. Simple things like eating smaller meals more often will help you grow muscles much better.
